About the Role
Customer Onboarding Leadership Own the end-to-end customer onboarding lifecycle from contract handover through production go-live. Conduct onboarding kickoff meetings. Define onboarding plans, milestones, dependencies, and timelines. Drive onboarding projects to completion while ensuring customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary customer contact during implementation. Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate activities across: Customer stakeholders Site operations teams SCADA teams Internal onboarding engineers Product teams Development teams Customer Success teams Ensure all parties remain aligned on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Manage escalations and remove delivery roadblocks. Technical Oversight Maintain sufficient technical understanding to: Understand Solar, Wind, BESS, and Hybrid plant architectures.
