About the Role
Drake International is looking for a Technical Onboarding eCommerce Specialist for our client located in Brampton. What we offer: Pay: $32/hr. plus 4% vacation pay Job Type: Temporary to Permanent. Start Date: February 23, 2026 Location: Brampton Ontario Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Hybrid – 50% onsite / 50% remote, rotating weekly What you’ll do:Provide in-depth training sessions for customers and colleagues on company’s eCom tool suites Required to use critical analysis skills to conduct research and troubleshoot various complex issues (billing and rating issues, technical problems with eCom tools, operational process issues, etc.) Includes opening and following up on service tickets for any type of technical issue related to company’s back-end systems, which can include acting as a primary contact for emergency tickets and conducting on-demand testing and support for problem ...
