Roles & Responsibilities
- Floating RFQ and identifying the best vendor
- Tracking & monitoring POs and communicating with vendors
- Liasoning with freight forwarder / CHA for timely custom clearance
- Solving discrepancies (item lying in quarantine) and closure of pending GRN
- Pending Order List and List of open POs / SOs in AMOS
- Preparation of BFE orders and verification of order acknowledgements
- Approved Vendor List (AVL)
Qualification : aeronautical)/AME
Work Experience -Relevant/ Total Years : 4 - 5 years exp.
Work Location : Gurugram
IT Skills : MS Excel, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP
Behavioral Skills : Good Communication Skills, Good Interpersonal Skills
