Job Qualification

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional License is required.
• Has at least 5 years of working experience in electrical and mechanical tasks, and/or maintenance in property management industry
• Preferably with Pollution Control Office training certificate and experience
• Preferrable with knowledge in Property Management, skills in repair and maintenance building including but not limited to mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of property equipment and facilities
• Knowledge in Design and AUTOCAD

Job Description

• Responsible for monitoring, validating, and auditing of assigned CityMalls including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing equipment to ensure that all facilities are in excellent working conditions.
