Technical Office Manager

This is a remote position. 1. Technical Leadership & Management Lead, manage, and develop the technical office team (shop drawings, detailing, engineering, technical submittals and coordination staff . Establish and enforce technical standards, procedures, and best practices across all woodworks and furniture production lines. Act as the technical authority for complex and high-value projects. 2. Shop Drawings & Engineering Control Oversee preparation, review, and approval of: o Shop drawings for wooden doors, wardrobes, kitchens, wall cladding, fixed furniture, loose furniture, and upholstery items o Joinery details, sections, fixing methods, and interface details Ensure drawings comply with: o Contract documents and client specifications o Approved samples and mock-ups o International and local standards (fire-rated doors, hardware requirements, finishes, etc.) 3.
