Role Details
The Technical Manager - Strategic Accounts is a senior, Melbourne-based role leading fibre packaging technical engagement across Visy’s most important strategic customers (e.g., major FMCG clients).
Operating at the intersection of customer expectations, technical excellence, and operational capability this role ensures disciplined, standardized and commercially sound technical outcomes - protecting Visy’s standards while enabling customer success.
This is an influence-led leadership role. While not site-based and without direct reports, it requires strong credibility, structured problem solving and the ability to align Sales, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to deliver consistent enterprise-level outcomes.
