- Design and review scalable web architectures
- Ensure clean code practices, performance optimization, and security standards
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and cross-functional teams
- Drive sprint planning, execution, and timely project delivery
- Oversee deployments and system reliability
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong command of frontend & backend technologies (e.g., React/Angular, , REST APIs, databases)
- Experience in leading small to mid-sized technical teams
- Good understanding of cloud platforms and DevOps practices
