About the Role
- Provide technical leadership and support for aluminum doors, windows, curtain wall, and façade systems, including custom project adaptations.
- Act as the main technical contact for internal teams and external stakeholders (fabricators, architects, consultants, contractors).
- Review and validate project specifications, drawings, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with company systems and local regulations.
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of technical engineers and estimators, ensuring high quality project support, accurate take-offs, and timely quotations.
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to provide technical input during bidding and project proposal stages.
