Role Summary

The Technical Manager – Crew Systems is responsible for leading data migration and transition activities for crew management applications. This role combines strong technical ownership with deep crew-domain understanding and hands-on business engagement, ensuring crews and operations teams are supported through system changes and data cutovers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration for crew management systems, including planning, validation, and cutover
• Own migration strategy, data mapping, reconciliation, and quality assurance
• Work closely with crew operations to hand-hold users through data readiness, UAT, and go-live
• Coordinate with OEMs, system integrators, and internal technical teams
