- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
- Experience in solar PV projects and team management.
- Knowledge of PV design, installation, and electrical standards.
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee solar PV project design, installation, and commissioning.
- Conduct site assessments and review system layouts and technical drawings.
- Manage installation teams and ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
- Coordinate with Sales using Big Seller to track leads, quotations, and client requirements.
- Provide technical support to Sales, Procurement, and After-Sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, utility standards, and safety regulations.
