Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of technical experience as Industrial Engineer or Technical leader
- Bilingual 80% English.
- Proven knowledge and experience of PCBA process concept creation.
- Process development for new product introductions.
- Experience creating layouts using Autocad or equivalent
- Experience creating Capacity analysis and standard time calculation
- Direct and Indirect labor calculation
- Project follow up with customer and team member
- Strong experience creating and analyzing new process
- Experience working under the standard IATF 16949.
- Strong understanding of Quality Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA & SPC.
- Knowledge of SWS, Process Map, Quality Control,
- LSS Greenbelt Preferred
- 5S's knowledge.
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge
