Technical leader (Golang - PHP) Remote/Hybrid Colombia, Ecuador

We’re looking for a Technical Lead with strong hands‑on experience in backend development, particularly in Golang and PHP , who can guide the team in technical decisions, code reviews, and architecture design. This role will lead a migration project from PHP to Golang , so we’re seeking someone with strong analytical skills who enjoys reading and optimizing legacy PHP code and driving modern development best practices in Golang. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise , autonomy, and a passion for building scalable cloud‑based solutions ( AWS ).
