Technical Lead

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end technology delivery with a strong focus on API development and integration. This role will be responsible for leading delivery from a technical perspective, ensuring solutions are scalable, well-integrated, and aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibiltiies include:
Lead technology delivery across initiatives, owning execution from a technical standpoint
Design and oversee API development and system integrations
Provide technical leadership across design, architecture, and implementation phases
Partner with business and product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Guide development teams and ensure alignment on best practices and delivery standards
Support overall system performance, reliability, and integration across platforms
