About the Role
Description GSPANN is hiring a Technical Lead with expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud. The role focuses on Retail Execution, Visit Management, integrations, and mobile-first Salesforce implementations using Apex and Lightning technologies.Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) solutions for Retail Execution, store visits, audits, and surveys. Build, enhance, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative configurations. Implement Visit Management workflows, KPI tracking, and operational reporting dashboards. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Optimize mobile and offline user experiences for field sales representatives. Work closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
