Key Responsibilities
- System and portfolio analysis to identify migration and/or improvement recommendations
- Design and perform system management (including health checks), installations and configuration management, server/content management, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, security and license management, performance monitoring and management activities
- Provide administration and operations support
- Interface with users and systems engineers to resolve technical and user problems
- Oversee Change Management activities on supported systems
- Perform capacity planning, COB testing, and disaster recovery planning and design as applicable
- Recommend changes to procedures that result in operational optimization
- Participate in root‑cause analysis reviews when applicable
