Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling for lead generation & inbound lead handling
- Share product information and understand customer needs
- Maintain call records and coordinate with sales
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of telecalling experience
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with CRM and computer systems
