We are recruiting on behalf of a high-growth, regulated digital platform operating across multiple international markets with millions of active users and real-money transaction flows. The organisation is undertaking a full rewrite of its 8-year legacy platform across backend, DevOps, and frontend, with a hard delivery deadline this year.
This is a transaction-heavy, event-driven environment where wallet, ledger, payments, and compliance services operate under high concurrency.
Your Role:
You'll operate as a hands-on Technical Lead within a Golang-centric backend ecosystem, driving delivery while protecting architectural integrity. You'll write production-grade Go daily while shaping standards, reviewing design decisions, and ensuring correctness across distributed services.
