About the Role
Your responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of software for medical devices
- Coordinate and mentor a team of software engineers
- Collaborate with hardware, QA, regulatory and industrial design teams
- Oversee the full development lifecycle: requirements, architecture, implementation, integration, and validation
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards (IEC , ISO , etc.)
- Participate in code reviews, risk analyses, and architecture evaluations
- Manage technical project planning: estimates, priorities, risks, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure software quality through the implementation of testing and automation practices
- Interact directly with clients to define requirements and technical solutions
