Technical Lead Developer

Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead Developer who will take hands-on ownership of software design, development, and delivery, including AI- and data-driven solutions. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys coding, designing architecture, and solving complex technical problems, while also guiding and mentoring other developers.
This position is hands-on by design. You are expected to actively code, review, and troubleshoot systems in production while providing technical leadership and direction to the team.
