About the Role

Role Summary 
The Technical Lead provides hands-on technical leadership for security remediation and AO Comms execution. This role translates findings into sprint-ready work, leads solution design, and ensures high-quality, first-time-right delivery across applications and platforms. 
Key Responsibilities 
Triage and scope incoming vulnerability and AO Comms items. 
Design and lead remediation solutions across application, middleware, and gateway layers. 
Translate compliance and AO communications into executable engineering tasks. 
Review code and configuration changes for quality and security. 
Mentor engineers and maintain reusable remediation playbooks. 
Required Qualifications 
7–10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
