What you'll do
Run 45–60 min live remote interviews
Evaluate candidates using standardized rubrics
Submit percentage-based scorecards within 24 hours
Join calibration sessions to ensure fairness & consistency
Who can apply
5+ years experience (8+ for Architect/Tech Lead)
Strong hands-on expertise in your domain
Clear communication & objective evaluation style
Prior interviewing experience preferred
Engagement
Part-time, on-demand, long-term
Minimum 1 interview per business day
EST overlap: 6:30 PM – 11:00 PM IST
