Technical Intern

As a Technical Support Intern at Proofice Technology, you will assist our technical team in providing support for web-based systems, CCTV, and surveillance solutions. You will gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, installation, testing, and maintenance of ICT and security systems, while learning from industry professionals in a real working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installing, configuring, and testing CCTV and surveillance systems.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams for ICT and security-related issues.
• Help in web system troubleshooting, updates, and minor front-end/back-end tasks (under supervision of developers).
• Participate in system setup, network configuration, and hardware maintenance.
