Technical Infrastructure Project Manager

Role Overview

iSupport Worldwide is looking for an experienced Technical Infrastructure Project Manager to own and deliver infrastructure initiatives across a Windows‑led, mixed infrastructure environment. This role is responsible for planning, execution, accountability, and executive‑level reporting for both operational and project‑based infrastructure work. The ideal candidate is organized, technically fluent, and confident driving results with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of infrastructure work, balancing ongoing maintenance and new projects
• Build 3‑month, quarterly, and annual infrastructure roadmaps
• Translate roadmaps into clear project plans with timelines, dependencies, and owners
• Lead and hold accountable a senior infrastructure team to ensure on‑time delivery
