Technical Hiring Architect

As we assess tens of thousands of tech talents every month, we’re looking for someone who can ensure the quality of our technical interviews and general assessment of engineering excellence. This role is ideal for experienced engineers who have spent years interviewing, mentoring, and evaluating other engineers—and want to apply that experience systematically and at scale.

As Technical Hiring Architect , you will be responsible for ensuring that our vetting and assessment processes are extremely reliable, data-driven, and genuinely predictive of on-the-job performance. This is a highly impactful role at the intersection of engineering, data, and product, with a clear mandate: ensure we consistently select the very best talent at scale.
