Based in our Geneva office and run every two years, the two-year Technical Graduate Programme consists of four structured six-month rotations across Data Science & Engineering, Trading IT and Research Analysis.

The programme equips graduates with a broad range of technical and analytical skills, offering deep insights into how cutting-edge technology and data drive our trading operations and support commercial decision-making.

Graduates act as a vital bridge between advanced data science and our trading business, gaining a unique perspective that combines technical expertise with a strategic understanding of global markets.
