Role Overview
Provide enterprise-level Microsoft Windows support as a technical consultant/advisor for Japanese-speaking customers. You'll own cases end-to-end, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver high-quality customer experience within SLA.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise IT support via outbound calls & email
Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory
Resolve ~80% cases independently
Case ownership: documentation, updates & resolution
Escalate complex issues when required
Collaborate with Microsoft-aligned internal teams
Complete mandatory training & certifications
