Role Overview
We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Technical Engineer (Tier 2 Support) to join our Windows Commercial Support team. This role involves providing advanced technical support for Windows-based environments, supporting customers via phone and email, and troubleshooting server, directory, and network-related issues. Comprehensive training will be provided before handling live production cases.
