About the Role
Responsibilities:
Technical Support and Incident Management:
- Provide technical assistance to Level 1 Engineers and handle escalations.
- Offer onsite and offsite troubleshooting for non-UNIX system issues.
- Update Field Service Management System with timely and accurate information regarding incidents and resolutions.
- Prepare incident and problem management reports when required, ensuring thorough documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing problem management reports, contributing to resolution efforts.
Preventive Maintenance and Reporting:
- Schedule preventive maintenance activities with customers and perform onsite preventive maintenance.
- Generate comprehensive maintenance reports and ensure they are uploaded to the Field Service Management System.
