About the Role
- 1. Lead a team of shift technicians in equipment operation, installation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance in each area of responsibility
- 2. Supervise the day-to-day equipment operations and maintenance (such as; changing of tooling, conduct initial machine condition parameters, and perform pre-production test).
- 3. Responsible for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Senior Engineer or Manager.
- 4. Responsible for alerting the immediate superior of any equipment unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
- 5. Responsible for the update and completion of all preventive maintenance activities, technical reports (Machine report, EBRR, etc.) as assigned.
- 6. Responsible in the implementation of projects such as system optimization, improvements, POKAYOKE, etc.
