Tasks and responsibility

• Compose and write user information, e.G. manuals.
• Proactively obtain the necessary information from the engineer, customer and/or end user.
• Understand technical constructions/machines in outline and transform technical information into guidance that meet end user requirements
• Apply documentation style, terminology guidelines and DITA content model.
• Transform technical specifications and inputs into guidance that meet end user requirements/needs
• Review and assess the quality of work from colleagues to secure and share knowledge.
• Ability to identify, manage, and/or escalate issues and risks to timelines.
