About the Role

Responsibilities
 - Technical Design LeadLead and coordinate design teams, including Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, Fire, Security, ICT, and BMS/EPMS
Manage the full design lifecycle of data centre projects, from planning through to concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation
Own the design journey from early site assessments and campus planning through concept, detailed design, and construction documentation
Act as a trusted technical partner to clients, leading workshops, presentations, and design reviews
Making sure designs are technically robust, as well as practical, buildable, and aligned with programme and budget expectations
Collaborate closely with local delivery teams to ensure compliance with local codes, permitting, and regulatory requirements
Spotting risks early and working collaboratively to solve problems before they become escalated
