Technical Customer Support Specialist

Skills Required

What will you do?
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide first-level technical support, particularly basic printer troubleshooting (connectivity, paper jams, driver installation, etc.).
Handle customer issues end-to-end, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
Utilize Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, basic formulas, filters, and pivot tables) for reporting, logging, or analyzing customer data.
Document cases, solutions, and feedback clearly in the system.
