We’re looking for a German-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. This role is based in the office and focuses on supporting customers who use products and systems within the automotive and industrial manufacturing sector.
In this position, you'll be the person customers turn to when they need help. You'll listen carefully, ask the right questions, and work step by step to understand technical issues and guide customers toward a solution. You'll also work closely with internal teams to make sure every case is handled properly and professionally.
