Le Chene is supporting a growing creative production business in the UAE to appoint a senior Technical / Creative Director to oversee operational delivery, creative excellence, and scalable studio infrastructure.

This is a strategic leadership role within a high-performing, brand-led environment.

Scope

End-to-end oversight of production across integrated brand campaigns
Establishing and optimising internal workflows, processes & delivery standards
Budget ownership, cost management & margin control
Vendor, supplier, artist, influencer & freelancer management
Resource planning and studio capacity oversight
Partnering with leadership to drive operational scalability
Supporting the development of a structured, high-performing in-house team
