About the Role
• Overall 3-5 yrs of Technology experience (Java / HTML/ JavaScript)
• At least 6 months to 1 year of Zendesk Implementation Experience on any of Zendesk Product
• Good exposure with at least 1 or more Cloud solutions such as - Zendesk / FreshDesk / ServiceNow
• Ability to visualize business-use cases and give a customized product demo
• Good communications and Listening skills.
