Technical Consultant

About Role:

Technical consultant who can provide high-quality hands-on expertise during implementations working in conjunction with Engineering, Product Management, Cloud and the Support services team.

Day-To-Day:

• Create interfaces [ETL] between client host system and Servigistics .
• Test and support SPM applications for existing clients.
• Develop custom procedures/packages in Java/pl-sql to support adhoc requests of customers.
• Develop reports on BI tool intellicus for dashboarding purposes.
• Fosters an ongoing relationship with Internal team to ensure improved service quality.
• Oversee the execution of core business processes to ensure standards are met, nonconformities are reported.
