 :Day-in a life:Respond to technical inquiries from technicians and internal stakeholders.
Review and analyze product health data to identify trends and issues.
Document findings and communicate solutions to service teams and Caterpillar.
Monitor and update product problem records in relevant systems.
Provide timely feedback and recommendations to improve product reliability and performance.
