About the Role

 In this role you will: Configure and maintain Charles River to support investment/trading workflows and compliance requirements.

Collaborate portfolio managers, traders, compliance, and operations teams to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and integration efforts.

Interact with Business Analysts and Product Owners for requirement gathering, analysis, and providing technical support during project backlog and sprint backlog calls.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, data flows, and user experience.

Work in close collaboration with the entire Project and BAU Support teams to ensure on-time deliverables and project milestones.
