This role sits close to engineering and technology, focusing on turning complex systems into clear, accurate documentation that supports real-world users.
You’ll work independently while collaborating closely with subject-matter experts, owning technical content from first draft through to release. The work spans multiple formats and audiences, with quality and usability at the core.
Key responsibilities
- Create, review, and maintain technical documentation across a range of formats
- Work with engineers, developers, and other SMEs to gather and validate information
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-focused content
- Own documentation accuracy, structure, and consistency
- Support documentation through the full product lifecycle, including updates and change
