About the Role
We are looking for an experienced operator to independentlyhandle paper cup, tub, and lid forming machines, manage changeovers,
troubleshoot issues, and maintain critical spares.
Machines Handled
•SPB Machinery (ACM 9000B, PBM-3500, SPB1000U, ZGJ-M70, SPB-900-BIG)
•Cups: 350 ml, 450 ml, 550 ml
•Tubs: 550 ml, 750 ml, 1 L, 65 oz, 85 oz
•Lids: 350 ml, 550 ml, 1L (1 PC Lid, 2 PC Lid)
Key
Responsibilities
•Operate paper cup, tub, and lid machines independently
•Perform complete size changeovers (cups, tubs, lids)
•Troubleshoot sealing, leakage, alignment, and quality
issues
•Maintain and monitor critical spares and tooling
•Support basic preventive maintenance
