Technical Assistant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Field Supervision: Oversee construction crews, contractors, and technicians to ensure compliance with technical specifications for Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH), fiber splicing, and aerial/underground installations.
• Technical Support: Provide on-site technical expertise for troubleshooting network issues, interpreting engineering drawings, and resolving construction challenges.
• Project Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, including as-built drawings, daily field reports, splicing data, and permitting documents.
• Project Planning & Monitoring: Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure projects adhere to schedules.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all field operations adhere to safety protocols (e.g., OSHA) and local utility regulations.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
