Technical Assistant - Modernization (Start ASAP)
Join Otis Elevator Company as a Technical Assistant - Modernization to ensure safety and maintenance of elevator and escalator units in a leading global company.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform commissioning and testing on elevator/escalator units to meet specifications and local safety standards.
- Liaise with Project Manager, Project Engineer, Testing Engineer, Safety personnel, building manager, subcontractors, and Service Personnel.
- Report directly to Testing Engineer for mentorship, training, and development opportunities.
- Respond promptly to breakdown callback assignments, prioritizing 'man trap' situations.
- May be required to perform standby duties on weekends, public holidays, or after office hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
