Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Architect in the Geotechnical Applications domain to join our Global Technology department in Nootdorp, the Netherlands. This role offers the opportunity to influence technical direction, strengthen engineering capabilities, and contribute to the evolution of our global geotechnical solutions. This position bridges architecture, handson engineering, and people management. You will work closely with the Service Line Solution Architect. 

In this role, you will be a hands-on Technical Architect, responsible for the technical architecture of Geotechnical applications and workflows. The teams you work with are in transition towards AI‑First ways of working, where AI is actively used to enhance engineering productivity, quality, and decision‑making. This transition is a deliberate, long‑term direction, and you are expected to actively shape and mature AI‑First practices together with the teams.
