🎯 We are looking for a Technical Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of cloud contact center solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining end-to-end architectures, integration patterns, and scalable solutions across CCaaS platforms such as Amazon Connect or GenesysYou will guide development teams, ensure adherence to best practices, and collaborate closely with business architects and delivery managers to deliver secure, and high-performing solutions in international projects. 

What you bring:

  • 4-6 years of experience in contact center technologies and solution architecture
  • Expertise in CCaaS platforms (Amazon Connect, Genesys, or similar)
  • Knowledge of WFM, ticketing systems, and AI integrations
