Champion the Release Management lifecycle that involves releases planning, release schedule, coordinating between teams, and deployment of our CIAM releases

Collaborate with key application stakeholders (business clients and internal technology teams) to gather requirements from business units and translate requirements to programmers, developers, and QA testers

Demonstrate an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities

Help drive best practices to eliminate waste, increase innovation and create value for the business

Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with ability to build and foster relationships with business users, stakeholders, technology partners and coworkers
