Job Description Summary The Technical Field Advisor (Electrical and Balance of Plant) is the on-site technical specialist supporting the installation and commissioning of hydroelectric power projects. This role ensures that the electrical works are executed in accordance with the design, technical standards, quality requirements, and health and safety regulations. The Technical Field Advisor is responsible for preparing, directing and controlling the different phases of field operations for a project, ensuring site works are completed safely, at the required quality standards, on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction site management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
