Technical Accounting Manager

We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager. This individual will play a key role in supporting complex accounting matters, building scalable processes, collaborating cross-functionally, and contributing to a strong internal control and reporting environment that meets the standards of a sophisticated, fast-growing SaaS company. This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office.

What You’ll Do

● Research, analyze, and document technical accounting issues and memos and prepare calculations to support accounting conclusions and facilitate external audit reviews in accordance with US GAAP, including but not limited to ASC 350-40 (Capitalized Software), ASC 340 (Capitalized Commissions), ASC 842 (Leases), ASC 718 (Stock-Based Compensation), ASC 805 (Business Combinations), and ASC 480 (Debt & Equity).
