    One of Australia’s most iconic and integral companies is looking to bring on 2 Technical Account Managers to work between their technical teams and external customers .
     
    In this role, you will be the primary point of contact helping to resolve technical issues for your clients . You will act as an escalation point for technical issues liaising with your technical teams and managing customer expectations .
     
    Aside from this you will also be involved in:
  • Building customer relationships with face to face meetings
  • Managing client expectations and requirements
  • Working to resolve technical issues
  • Supporting change management on projects
  • Take part in initiatives to grow client satisfaction
