Technical Account Manager
As a Technical Account Manager you will play a critical role in enhancing client experiences and enabling global growth.

Key Responsibilities
Provide overall technical support services to clients in accordance with the Support and Maintenance Agreement.
Collaborate closely with product engineering and project management teams, acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams to proactively manage expectations.
Own and coordinate client incidents, ensuring they are monitored, regularly updated, and resolved within agreed response and resolution times.
Take accountability for client SLAs and deliver internal and external KPI reporting.
