What you’ll do

  • Act as a technical point of contact for clients and work to understand their technical requirements and recommend solutions that align with those requirements
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the design, implementation, and optimization of their cloud-based solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success
  • Continuously learn and stay current on new cloud services and technologies
  • Participate in troubleshooting and problem resolution for clients
